My name is Sharon Baldwin.
I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator and IT Specialist with a passion for our ever-growing virtual world. In other words, I maintain the structure and systems for businesses on the Salesforce platform by day, while administering and troubleshooting technological issues by night!
My previous work experience includes local county government administration, real estate, and teaching English overseas in Thailand and South Korea. These roles have helped hone technical skills such as attention to detail, database management, common operating systems, critical thinking skills, and troubleshooting.
